He purchased from his friend, the original owner when the oil bust hit in 2008. It had 18000 miles on it when in 2014 and I've put a little more than 3000 on it. Mostly during spirited rides around the countryside of Austin. It has been fun, but this time in my life has passed and it is time for this car to enjoyed by the next owner. It has never been tracked. It has been garaged all its life, by myself and previous owners. Well cared for. Comes with soft top and hard top. I also purchased a sunshade to use when I park it at the Formula 1 track here in Austin. It also will come with a recently new gel battery and battery tender. The damage is believed to be to one of the clamshells from a rock, no frame damage, runs and drives straight, painted excellently. To be honest, I'm guessing and am not sure where the damages originated (because I see there is a new front clamshell). The pedal is not installed (but included) and functions but does not receive the 5volt signal from the ECU (per lotus mechanic). Runs and drives, but again, I don't know much about it. Please inspection first as I have no clue what it does and doesn't have. Sold as-is, where-is. Located in Turlock, easy access to California Highway 99. Good luck y'all Hard top sold separately! No Reserve, Clear title, This is a well maintained 2006 lotus Elise with sport package and touring package. Rare British racing green metallic with tan leather 1 of 35. Engine replaced under warranty at 95k due to oil line recall at dealer and have receipts to prove this. Also clutch was replaced at same time, also have receipt, this was $1500. Car was always stored indoors. No rim scrapes, all stock, cold a/c, one small chip in windshield.
